Hello there! I’m Wim Matthyssen, and I’ve been working in IT for over 15 years, mainly specializing in Microsoft technologies.
I currently work as an Azure Technical Advisor and Trainer, and in this role, I assist companies in the transformation of their businesses to Azure by effectively implementing the latest Microsoft Cloud features, services, and solutions.
As a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT), my primary area of expertise lies in the Microsoft Hybrid Cloud, with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure and the Azure hybrid services, such as Azure Arc.
Furthermore, I am also a founding board member of the Microsoft Cloud and Client Management Community (MC2MC). As an enthusiastic community member, I frequently share my insights and daily experiences with Azure and other Microsoft technologies through blog posts and public talks.
In July 2024, I was renewed by Microsoft as a Microsoft MVP for Microsoft Azure for the fifth consecutive year.
Therefore, I was also recognized as an Azure Heroes: Community Hero and an Azure Heroes: Content Hero.
